Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A valid photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, Voter ID) is required at check-in (PAN cards are not accepted).

• Booking confirmation requires full payment or advance as specified during booking.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 12:00 PM.

• Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.

• Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

• The maximum occupancy per room must be adhered to. Extra guests may incur charges or cancellation.

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Violation may incur cleaning fees.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to property; we reserve the right to charge for such damages.

4. Liability

• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please use safes or leave valuables at the reception.

• Not responsible for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters)

5. Booking Changes

• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or cancellation penalties based on our Cancellation Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Tamilnadu courts.
