Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- A valid photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver's License, Voter ID) is required at check-in (PAN cards are not accepted).
- Booking confirmation requires full payment or advance as specified during booking.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 12:00 PM.
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibility & Conduct
- The maximum occupancy per room must be adhered to. Extra guests may incur charges or cancellation.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Violation may incur cleaning fees.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property; we reserve the right to charge for such damages.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please use safes or leave valuables at the reception.
- Not responsible for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
5. Booking Changes
- Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or cancellation penalties based on our Cancellation Policy.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Tamilnadu courts.
